It can be stressful, draining and confusing.
It can be easy to neglect our own needs in favour of taking care of others or prioritising work demands. The danger is when we continue this pattern of behaviour and we ignore the red flags! So what do we risk losing that can have such a huge impact on the rest of our lives? Do you ever feel like disconnecting from technology and that never-ending stream of information, responsibilities and distractions? There are days when I feel so brain-fried and numbed out that I wonder what on earth I’m doing! What if the answer to creating more clarity and peace of mind was simple, would you try it?
