How many times in life do we feel stuck, believing we have no choice - that our hands are tied? Moments like these can very quickly lead to negativity, self doubt, low self-esteem, procrastination, low confidence and even depression.
But what if we knew that we have choice, that no matter the situation or how we are feeling, there is always the choice to change or modify the meaning we give to our situation and how we respond to it? Is it possible we have not seen an alternative option or tried on a new perspective?
