We can change how we feel by changing how we think about things. Sometimes it just takes practice in the form of small changes here and there, either in how we respond to people and situations, doing something different or changing our language and how we frame things.
Sometimes we can feel stuck in a rut because we are conditioned to think and believe certain things about ourselves and others. When we are so used to thinking that what 'we' believe is true, we can convince our self this is reality and there is no other way. So what can you do?
