 This week a scary experience left me with the clear message that the greatest love I can give myself is to listen to my body, and my inner guidance.
Without warning, I received a phone call that shook me to my core, and let me know not to be complacent about my health, my choices, or the time I have in my life to do better and be a better version of myself. I realised that life is too short and I no longer wanted to take my health for granted, or waste another day not making myself a priority!
